What is the typical shipping timeframe for furniture items?

Most of our standard furniture pieces are processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days. Custom or oversized items may take longer, but you will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, welove ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We want you to love your space. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

Are your wooden products sustainably sourced?

Yes, sustainability is at the heart of welove. We partner with suppliers who use FSC-certified timber and eco-friendly finishes to ensure your home is as green as it is beautiful.

How can I track my order status?
